A hallway leads from the family room to the two bedrooms, and yet another balcony. Both of the bedrooms have windows facing two directions and a walk-in-closet.


A stairway leads up to the loft, which has been prepared for the construction of an additional living room, bedrooms or offices. Water and sewage lines have been extended to the loft and are ready for installation.

A small cellar includes storage space, a wine cellar and a machine and utility room.

There is a boathouse with an area of about 40 m2 next to the lake, with electric service lines extended drawn. There are two piers and a stone wall along the water line with about 100-150 m2 of sandy beach during the summer.

The double garage accommodates two cars and a separate bicycle and woodshed. In addition, there is room for more than six cars along the driveway.

Electrical service lines have also been extended to the matching play house.
